Charles Ries

Charles is Senior Director of Development Design and Innovation at Marquette University. Prior to joining Marquette he was VP for Development at the John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA and SVP of the Oram Group, a fund raising management and consulting firm where he worked with over 200 non-profit organizations. Charles is a Co-Founder of The Commons (Milwaukee based Innovation Accelerator), and on the board of Start Up Milwaukee. He’s also an award winning poet and the lead singer in a very cool rock band.

Roxanne Varteressian Joe

Roxanne’s been an associate of ours for close to twenty years. She has deep experience in omni-channel consumer marketing across industries, having worked in management positions with world-class brands such as Samsonite, CVS, and PayPal. From targeting and segmentation to messaging and measurement, Roxanne can help build a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and usage. She’s also quite the shoe expert.

Vince Mazza

Currently CEO of cybersecurity firm Guard Street Partners, LLC, Vince has twenty-five years of property protection, data privacy and cybersecurity experience. He started his career with Nicor, Inc. and then moved on to a long tenure as a VP with General Electric Company focusing on emerging markets, bringing home protection, security and identity theft protection services to market for Fortune 500 companies. Vince is also Green Belt Certified.
